Canyon Road Capital is committed to identifying experienced management teams focused on segments or industries where there is a clear macro investment theme. We believe that this currently exists in many real or hard asset classes like class B office buildings, farmland, timber, and natural resource storage, just to name a few. We also believe that niche focused investing with world class management can deliver appropriate risk adjusted returns: consumer, specialty lending, and active turnaround investments.

Canyon Road Capital is based in Santa Fe, NM. It was founded in 2011. Canyon Road brings together years of the traditional rigor of hedge fund and private equity investing. The founders of Canyon Road Capital previously were involved in Carlson Capital, L.P. and Consumer Capital Partners.
